OPEN ROAD

Open Roads Inclusive Community Consulting will help to strategically analyze who the key stakeholders are, the issues related to your program they most care about, and how to reach, engage, and mobilize them.  Stakeholder engagement activities involve people who may be impacted by or could influence an organizational decision in the decision-making process.  We coordinate, conduct, and report on focus groups, listening sessions, surveys, and other strategies to involve stakeholder groups such as people using services, family members, community members, staff, and volunteers.
